Cat D11 dozers join the hire fleet
Getting what you need, when you need it, is as easy as ABC. Our plant hire fleet keeps growing, and the dozer line-up now covers the big Caterpillar machines that mine sites and civil contractors ask for most.
The dozers
We hire and sell Cat D11, D10 and D10T2 dozers, the last of which meets the US EPA Tier 4 Final emissions standard. They come mine-spec, set up with the blades and attachments the work calls for, ready to push overburden or build roads from the day they arrive.
A D11 is a lot of machine to own outright for a single job. Hiring one from a local supplier who can also service it takes the risk out of having a big dozer on your books.
More than dozers
The dozers sit inside a much larger hire fleet. We are a leading supplier of heavy equipment for hire and sale, servicing the local mining, port, sugar and agriculture industries. Alongside the dozers we carry:
- Cranes from 20 to 275 tonnes, including Franna lift-and-carry machines.
- Heavy-lift forklifts from 4 to 55 tonnes, mine-spec with air-conditioned cabs.
- Excavators, including 20-tonne-class machines, plus Cat and Komatsu wheel loaders and graders.
- Tilt trays, prime movers, floats and trailers to move it all.
If we hire it, we maintain it
The difference with hiring from ABC is the workshop behind the fleet. If we hire it, we maintain it, and we repair yours too. Slew bearings, undercarriage, gear cases, cylinders and structural repairs are all backed by our seven workshop departments. A breakdown in the field does not mean waiting on parts from interstate.
That is the whole idea: local plant, kept running by the people who hire it out.
