SEVEN DEPARTMENTS, ONE BUILDING
If we hire it, we maintain it, and we repair yours too. A component arrives, and it is cleaned, stripped, assessed, measured and recorded before anyone quotes the repair.
Fabrication, machining, fitting, induction hardening, painting and engineering all sit in the same Paget complex, so a gear case does not queue behind another contractor's schedule between operations, and it does not go on a truck between them either.
REBUILD BEFORE REPLACE
Large diameter slew bearings are rebuilt rather than replaced, from as little as 30 per cent of the cost of a new bearing, through our exclusive and enduring Worldwide Slew Bearing Alliance with BMTWBM.
The alliance covers the design of new bearings as well as the refurbishment and, where appropriate, the re engineering of existing OEM bearings. Where an original part is no longer available or no longer good enough, we can improve on the original specification rather than copy it.

Do you repair machines you did not supply?
Yes. If we hire it, we maintain it, and we repair yours too. The workshop takes third party plant on the same terms as our own fleet.

The work runs through our exclusive and enduring Worldwide Slew Bearing Alliance with BMTWBM, which covers the design of new bearings as well as the refurbishment and, where appropriate, the re engineering of existing OEM bearings.
Do you work on site or only in the workshop?
Both. Field crews work on mine sites across the Bowen Basin, and our own tilt trays, prime movers, floats and trailers bring a machine back to Paget when the work needs the workshop.
