GEAR CASE & MACHINERY OVERHAUL TO OEM SPEC

Our fitters overhaul gear cases and main machinery assemblies to OEM specification. Every component is cleaned, stripped, assessed, measured and recorded before we decide on repair, replacement or refurbishment, so nothing goes back together on assumption.

With the integrated support of our fabrication, welding, machine shops and industrial painting departments, ABC repairs all in-house, 24/7, there is no waiting on outside trades to finish a job.

HEAVY ASSEMBLY & IN-SITU WORK

Heavy assembly and disassembly are handled by jacking presses sized for mining gear cases, and we carry the in-situ experience to do the same work in the pit, Marion 8750 propel gear case change-outs and in-situ hoist and drag drum rebuilds among them.
