Our machine shop is built around CNC plant sized for the heaviest mining components, a floor borer with 13 m of travel and a 6 m column that takes workpieces to 150 tonnes. From boring and turning to internal and external gear cutting, we machine slew bearings, rope drums and sheaves, gear cases, shafts and structural assemblies in one pass through the building.
Detailed QA packages can be provided with all work completed, every critical dimension measured, recorded and signed off.
